∎ Graduate/Masters from any reputed Private/Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the Secondary Sales Target
∎ Maintain relationship with distributors & retailers by providing proper guidance.
∎ Create Retailers and Ensure Product visibility & availability within the assigned territory.
∎ Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
∎ Monitor & inform the competitors' activities of your assigned area and update supervisor time to time.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly sales report and compile and analyze sales figures.
∎ Visit regularly to the retail point and ensure prospects of sales
∎ Ensure order/payments/delivery of products to Distributors.
∎ Ensure product availability in Thana/Upazilla level.
∎ Increase sales and reach the targets / goals set by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) are preferable: Sales, Marketing
∎ The applicants having experience in the following business area(s) are preferable: LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
∎ Results-oriented, self-starter who strategically plans for success
∎ Should have computer literacy on MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point.
∎ Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
