Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
∎ Graduation from any UGC approved University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Adobe Package,Brand guidelines knowledge
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Graphics Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing all creatives for runner motors as per Eicher & RML brand guideline.
∎ Suggest POSM materials & ensure quality of outputs.
∎ Develop unique concept and design for promotional activities
∎ Support Digital Marketing wing for developing creatives for Facebook, website, video, info-graphic etc.
∎ Develop one new creative for newspaper ad
∎ Completes projects by coordinating with external agencies, art services, printers, etc.
∎ Coordinate with Group Media department regularly and help to develop creatives for Group activities
∎ Negotiate with suppliers & minimize production costs
∎ Prepare newspaper/ magazine ad regularly according to Eicher brand guideline.
∎ Keep all the records of approval - financial, design etc.
∎ Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
∎ Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
∎ Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
∎ Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
∎ Event planning and program visualization (Venue Visit for Branding Size and position)
∎ Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
∎ Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.
∎ Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Prepare every month report for all creatives with caption.
∎ Coordinate with Group Media department regularly and help to develop creatives for Group activities.
∎ Prepare Facebook posts with the coordination of Digital Marketing wing.
∎ Support Digital Marketing wing for developing creatives for website, video, info-graphic etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Professional working in Photoshop and Illustrator (experienced in adobe package will be given advantage)
∎ Experienced in Automobiles Industry or FMCG products Company.
∎ Knowledge of digital and Print layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
Salary: Negotiable
