Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attention to detail & quality. Preparing duty roster to staff working under him/her.
∎ To ensure that all necessary instructions and guidelines regarding flight movement have appeared in the log book for necessary action.
∎ To personally attend all VIP/CIP/Special Case passengers and ensuring proper handling by customer service staff.
∎ To make sure that flight (Domestic & International) are closed on time and ensure on time departure.
∎ Will ensure briefing of different aspects at the beginning of each shift.
∎ To check PNL of each and every flight regarding VIP, CIP, Transit passenger any other passengers requiring special services, arrange handling accordingly and also keep the higher management informed.
∎ In case of any delay flight, coordinate with flight operation, marketing and sales and make announcement through PA system and also inform destination station.
∎ To give priority to any transit passenger over any joining passenger and protect their seats in advance to avoid any mishandling.
∎ To send information through SMS and email to destination immediately after departure of the flight.
∎ To coordinate with various units of Airport Service, OPS Control, Engineering, and Govt. Agencies like customs, immigrations at airport.
∎ To carry out any other job as assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Education : Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university or Equivalent, with minimum GPA 3.00. Third division or equivalent result in any examination will not be accepted.
∎ Candidate with English medium (‘O’ level & ‘A’ level) background or foreign degree will get preference.
∎ Height : Male- 173 CM (Minimum)/5’-8”
∎ Female- 160. CM (Minimum)/
∎ Weight : Should be proportionate to Height (BMI: 18.5-25.0).
∎ Age : Up-to 32 years as on 15 February 2023
∎ No affidavit will be accepted.
∎ Eyesight : 6/6. No spectacle will be accepted
∎ Language Skill : Fluent in both Bengali & English (both written & spoken)
∎ Medical Fitness : Good physical health and medically fit to meet Customer Service requirements
∎ Physical Appearance : Strong, Upright; no visible tattoos or marks on the body
∎ Attitude & Bearing : Should be positive and impressive
∎ Experience : 02-04 year (s) experience in any 4/5-star Hotel or minimum 3 years of experience in any reputed airline in customer service

Salary: Tk. 38000 - 45000 (Monthly)
