∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ BBA / MBA Major in Marketing will be given preference
∎ Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/ Development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Advertising Ageny, Banks, Event Management, Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build up cordial relationship with existing clients, follow-up of complaints and requirement to ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Maintain customer record and follow up system
∎ Make calls to enhance new client base
∎ Attend prospective walk-in clients; give quotation with consultation of Sales/Service departments
∎ Provide support to Sales team
∎ Organize internal and external meetings regarding customer service issues
∎ Collect necessary information from web
∎ Manage events in relation to branding and prepare power point presentation for Principal
∎ Maintain Interior & exterior decoration of showroom area
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the MD
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work at our Sylhet Showroom
∎ Must be originally from Sylhet
∎ Computer knowledge in MS word, Excel and Power point is essential
∎ Excellent writing skill in English will be preferred.
