∎ M.Com/MBA (Major in Accounts/Finance)

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, CA CC, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Debit and Credit voucher.
∎ To check and verify the vouchers and invoices.
∎ To maintaining file and documents related to accounts department.
∎ Reconcile party balance on monthly basis.
∎ Data entry in software and other manual register.
∎ Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/petty cash book/receivables/vendors ledgers, other relevant register).
∎ Expert in using inventory Software
∎ Check all general ledger and other relevant documents.
∎ To perform any accounts related work assigned by the authority.
∎ To conduct daily audit on voucher/ documents related to finance.
∎ To audit VAT and salary payment.
∎ To audit on raw materials & packaging materials costing.
∎ To prepare of detailed audit plan time to time and evaluation of the program with findings.
∎ To prepare of financial statement for audit purpose.
∎ To develop & implement Internal audit procedure and activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication in English.
∎ Excellent communication and computer skills such as Excel, word, etc.
∎ Ensure timely payment of all Taxes
∎ Liaise with auditors, TAX and VAT Lawyers.
∎ Maintain cash flow projections & financial forecasting.
