Job Responsibilities:

• Keep information’s of all available tenders & future possibilities.

• Keep a track of competitors activities/pricing/market research/ industry event.

• Collaboration with overall tender preparation work; Pre-work (specification level and others criteria), Pre-bid meeting, Documentation, tender submission and post tender work process.

• Documentation & successful tender follow up.

• Billing & collection as well as follow up the outstanding and due collections.

• Provide support to management during the pre-tender / bill of quantity (BOQ) process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required material, equipment needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding projects.

• Making relationship with Govt./International clients.

• Enlistment at different Govt. or other sector and also monitoring the electronic govt. procurement (E-GP), End of life (EoI) & Manual tender.

• Able to maintain compliance at work.

• Any other assignments by the management.
