∎ Minimum 4-5 years’ experience is must in automobile industry specially in commercial vehicle.
∎ Skills appreciated: Leadership skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills & Meeting Sales Goals.

∎ Appoint dealer & develop dealer sales team.
∎ Train dealer sales team.
∎ Follow up & close sales lead through final negotiation with customers.
∎ Identify potential business leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
∎ Search for new markets and identify prospective target customers.
∎ Arrange meetings with clients and conduct product demonstrations.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
∎ Work under target-driven conditions with resilience and efficiency.
∎ Plan and execute key promotional activities, including product demos & roadshows.
∎ Implement innovative promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with key customers and monitor market trends for business growth.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance standards.
∎ Uphold brand integrity and promotional guidelines effectively.
