∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferably BBA/ MBA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
steel industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively with customer Able to create new customers & increase sales volume.
∎ Ability to prepare Yearly/Monthly target plan.
∎ Maintain dealers, retailers, corporate customers & end users.
∎ Search and visit actively different project sites, Contractors/Industry /Govt. & Non-Govt. offices/ Group of companies regularly.
∎ Handle customers complain and come out with solution.
∎ Visit potential customers on regular basis and maintain client database.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationship with engineers (for collect project information) end user (project) and potential customer.
∎ Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.
∎ Must be target oriented and should have spirit to achieve target.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet target & tight deadlines.
∎ Expand new market area and increase the sales volume.
∎ Basic accounting & financial knowledge to mitigate sales transactions through bank
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
