∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Strong understanding of software solutions (ERP, CRM, HRM, etc.) and SaaS-based products.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
∎ Strong personal integrity and professional ethics.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team.
∎ Creative thinking and adaptability in dynamic market conditions.


Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for software solutions.Conducted door-to-door visit and marketing campaigns to promote products/services directly to potential customers in assigned territories.Delivered engaging and persuasive sales pitches to explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
∎ Present, promote, and sell software products/services to prospective customers.
∎ Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals.
∎ Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions as per client requirements.
∎ Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.
∎ Maintain CRM with accurate and up-to-date information.
∎ Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars for networking and brand visibility.
∎ Prepare reports and forecasts to management on sales performance.
