∎ B.Sc in Leather Engineering/ Leather Product Engineering/ Footwear Engineering
∎ Education qualification will be waived for very good candidates with proper experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with buyer for new product development with technical specification and validate within timeline as per customer requirement
∎ Co-ordinate with sample team and ensure sample quality according to customer requirement
∎ Maintain proper documentation of customer provided pattern and sample
∎ Make knife pattern, order, receive and ensure its quality check
∎ Provide all sample materials consumption and specification to PD merchandizers for order sample materials
∎ Check upcoming sample materials quality and quantity
∎ Validate all activities related to product specification, SOPs, and testing to ensure that the product meets the buyers required standard
∎ Ensure accurate and timely handover of all product SOP, specifications and tech reports to production and quality team
∎ Communicate closely with production team on any process improvements and rectification necessary to achieve best productivity, production quality consistency, product integrity and performance
∎ Coordination with the planning and production team the scheduling and execution of commercialization/ pre-production trials to ensure buyer quality standards and requirements
∎ Work closely with sample production team and follow-up in each stage of cutting, sewing and lasting to ensure the right quality and right product specification
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
