Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote our products and services to customers.
∎ Must have a strong knowledge of outbound, inbound, and Umrah packages.
∎ Must be able to communicate with suppliers and customers via email and over the phone.
∎ Sell tour packages online and in person.
∎ Follow up with customers after their purchase.
∎ Provide excellent customer service.
∎ Complete administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
∎ Assist with company events and promotions.
∎ Assist with other duties as needed or assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a strong knowledge of outbound, inbound, and Umrah packages.
∎ Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems, GDS systems, and e-traveling.
∎ Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus Strong sales skills and commercial awareness ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
∎ Should be a good team leader, Self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
∎ Stable mature, honest, hardworking, and willing to work under pressure and under schedule.
