Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Context: Dada (Dhaka) Ltd is a Leading Headwear brand products manufacturing South Korean based 100% export oriented company. The company is urgently looking for a senior executive of Administration department.
∎
∎ Responsibilities: Age: 25 to 35 years
∎ Good communication skill in English (written/verbal).
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Capable to handle all the government office to renewal License and certificates.
∎ Good communication capability with police station and local political public.
∎ Transport dispersal to staffs as per requirement & priority of work.
∎ Supervising capability to keep all the papers updated (tax token, fitness, insurance, new vehicle registration etc.) of all the company's vehicle.
∎ Maintain an automated record keeping system that facilitates timely action.
∎ Manage vehicle suppliers to get good condition vehicles & standard service with minimum cost.
∎ Supervising capability to ensure repair and maintenance work.
