Job Responsibilities:
∎ (a) Develop activation strategies for university and corporate sectors.
∎ (b) Identify growth opportunities and create data-driven plans.
∎ (c) Execute activation campaigns and monitor their performance.
∎ (d) Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content.
∎ (e) Establish KPIs and manage budgets for projects.
∎ (f) Oversee content creation and stay updated on industry trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ (a) Bachelor/Master's degree (Marketing preferred).
∎ (b) 2 years of experience (Agency background preferred).
∎ (c) Proficiency in digital marketing and social media advertising.
∎ (d) Strong analytical and communication skills.
∎ (e) Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
∎ (f) Fluent in English & Bengali.
