Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for daily checking all kinds of Bill/Vouchers and report to Manager
Handaling daily petty cash & prepare proforma invoices as per sales order.
Record/Posting all type of bank and Cash transactions in computerized accounting software/Tally /OCRA/Dynamic Navision.
Check Account Payables & Account receivables and send reminder to the customer.
Verify supplier invoices, statement and Prepare payment requisition list.
Auditing physical stock/inventory (Quarterly, half yearly & yearly)
Prepare Bank Reconciliation
Good Knowledge about TAX & VATPrepare Financial Statement of Accounts for monthly, quarterly, yearly
Prepare documentation as per requirement of internal & external auditors.
Good Knowledge about LC, TT, sales contact, Import , Export, etc.
Reply daily business task email to customers and concern party.
Various tasks are also have to done according to the instructions of the management.
