Job Context:
∎ The company is one of the earliest member of REHAB in Bangladesh for quality in service, design and construction of buildings. The private limited company operates in the field of property development & construction sector, having build commercial, residential projects & developing projects for the Bangladesh government. The group also operates one of the largest fleet of vessels within the country & consist of companies that may provide end to end logistical support. The company is also part of a group of companies which also manufactures & trades building materials such as stone, cement, steel, & plastic products.
∎ We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The Accountant`s responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily checking all kinds of Bill/Vouchers/Report.
∎ Responsible for daily checking of Accounting transactions (all kinds of accounts vouchers) like Payment voucher & Receipt vouchers .
∎ Monitor & review the accounting transaction, records, and documentation
∎ Total working and documentation as per requirement of internal & external auditors
∎ Checking varieties types of party's running & final bills and all kinds of local bill
∎ Auditing physical stock inventory by Internal Auditing system Expertise on Internal Audit System.(Quarterly, half yearly & yearly).
∎ Posting the cash book.
∎ Prepare MIS report & Analysis the report monthly. quarterly, half yearly & yearly and submit to management high authority.
∎ Prepare Monthly Raw Materials Budget, Factory overhead Budget & Item wise targeted Production.
∎ Daily Checking & verified department wise all overtime.
∎ Checking Salary, Overtime, Festival Bonus & allowance
∎ Checking (look-out) varieties contractors bills before preparing of those bills and also look-out the daily labor bills.
∎ Checking & Analyzing Brand wise raw materials ratio (daily, weekly & Monthly).
∎ Prepare & analysis Raw materials stock Position.(daily, Monthly & yearly)
∎ Prepare Brand wise Production & Delivery summary (monthly & yearly)
∎ Prepare & analysis Mill Production status, Packer Production status, Raw materials unloading status (with Breakdown reason)
∎ Various tasks are also done according to the instructions of the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization
∎ Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
∎ Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation and team leadership skill and should be proactive
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Must have strong personality, positive attitude and data management ability to prioritize task.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depending on length of experience, field of expertise, industry exposure, market value of skill sets acquired, company may offer higher compensation package than indicated above to acquire candidate`s services for full-time employment.
