Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering or related field from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaboration with Development/QA/Release teams to achieve the continuous integration and delivery process.
∎ Build, release, and configuration management.
∎ System troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains.
∎ Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
∎ Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.
∎ Contribute to the configuration, installation, and documentation of client solutions
∎ Analysis and discovery of application configuration, including infrastructure and run time across client engagements.
∎ Development of detailed designs including logical deployment views during client engagements.
∎ Establishing a dialogue with the customer to achieve a trusted technical adviser status.
∎ Identify performance improvement opportunities and communicate them to Project Managers and/or Technical Leads.
∎ Identify potential issues preventing the successful delivery of services or solutions and inform Project Managers appropriately.
∎ Establish Proof of Concepts to validate client solutions.
∎ Producing user guides and documentation for methods and tools.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years of experience with minimum 3 years of experience in core DevOps role.
∎ Key Requirement:
∎ Understanding of DevOps engineering practices.
∎ Good knowledge of Python & Python Shell Scripting, PowerShell, and Batch Scripting, etc.
∎ Solid understanding of agile, software development life cycle, test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
∎ Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or Code Commit.
∎ Experience with TFS and Jira.
∎ Experience with containers and containerization technologies including Linux and Kubernetes.
∎ Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
∎ Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
∎ Experience in application and infrastructure monitoring tools.
∎ Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
∎ Experience in one of the following hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
∎ Experience in Jenkins, octopus, teamcity
∎ Experience in Docker and Kubernetes deployment.
∎ Experience in Linux / UNIX and/or Windows administration.
∎ Experience in ITIL Process & Cloud Services.
∎ Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.
∎ Infrastructure engineering skills.
∎ CI/CD pipeline engineering skills.
∎ Harness CD platform experience.
∎ Nice To Have Requirements:
∎ Specialist skills and experience in networking, computing, or storage (Additional Skill).
∎ Other Azure certifications as Azure Az 104 and 400 is a plus.
∎ A Development or Operations background.
