Consultant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the travel agency to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality travel services and a positive experience for customers.
∎ We are a Government approved tours & travels organization. The organization mainly provide these services....
∎ Bringing invitation letters for attending for international seminars.
∎ Necessary documentary help
∎ Process files accurately
∎ Ensuring visa attainment by providing overall support
∎ Air ticket booking at low cost
∎ Airport pick-up
∎ Special assistance in police clearance and health insurance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day operations of the travel agency, including booking travel
∎ Arrangements, managing reservations, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and tour activities to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to the travel industry.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to improve performance.
∎ Manage and train staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services to customers.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the availability of necessary resources for travel services.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and addressing issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Plan, execute, supervise, and monitor business plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Package Tour, Air Ticketing and visa Processing Service.
∎ 2+ years of experience in travel agency operations management. Strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and planning skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking software.
∎ Senior Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the travel agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations management and possess the necessary skills and qualifications to lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality travel services.
