• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelors preferably with Masters in Public Health/Sociology/Anthropology/Food & Nutrition/any other relevant subject.

Skill and Competencies:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience in the relevant project. Applicants who have working experience in emergency response programme will be given preference.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Highly committed & motivated to work in remote places.

Responsible for:

Program Oversight and Management

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee community health programs and activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Supervise and mentor a team of community health supervisors, community health workers, community health educators providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement health intervention strategies tailored to meet community needs.

Monitoring and Evaluation

• Monitor the delivery of health services to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on health program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all community health activities and interventions.

Community Engagement and Outreach

• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local leaders, health committees, and partner organizations.
• Organize health education and promotion campaigns to raise awareness about key health issues.
• Act as a liaison between the community and healthcare providers, addressing community concerns and needs.

Resource Management

• Oversee the allocation and use of resources, including medical supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability and proper use.
• Assist in developing budgets for community health programs and monitor their implementation.

Policy and Compliance

• Ensure all community health activities comply with government regulations, organizational policies, and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on health policies, trends, and best practices to inform program improvements.

Training and Capacity Building

• Identify training needs for staff and organize professional development opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for community health workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Crisis Management

• Respond to health emergencies within the community, coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance during public health crises, such as outbreaks, ensuring effective response measures are in place.
