∎ Senior Climate Researcher (visiting): (Professor/Associate/Asst Professor)

∎ With an objective to spearhead research projects in the subcontinent, Universal College Bangladesh is proud to announce its inaugural climate research project with funding from a global Big 6 consulting firm.
∎ For this research project having a duration of 6 months to 1 year, we require one visiting Professor/Associate/Assistant Professor for immediate engagement on visiting basis.
∎ Duration: Six months to one year starting immediately.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will have to:
∎ Conduct fundamental research on climate action research. It can a new topic or an extended study of the existing one.
∎ Submit interim update and final report.
∎ Publish the work in a top-ranked peer reviewed journal.

Additional Requirements:
∎ This will be a part-time engagement. Academicians who are working in universities and are passionate about climate change are encouraged to apply. Having a PhD qualification is a must.
∎ Hold Assistant Professor or above position at university level
∎ Have research track record on climate research or related sustainability topics

Salary:
∎ Remuneration/research fellowship - The grant and research fellowship will be based on the selected candidate’s research proposal and assessment by our funding partner Big 6 consulting firm.
