Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
B2C (Business to Consumer), Business Development, Corporate Sales (B2B B2C), Corporate Sales (B2B Business)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting up goals & achieving monthly sales targets is MUST.
∎ Generate company revenue and profit targets with proper planning & execution.
∎ Maintain good communication with clients and closing sales processes positively.
∎ Physical Field Marketing to Corporate Offices and generate leads if and when required.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain satisfactory sales results.
∎ To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and in person inquiries.
∎ Maintain customer sales data bank is preferable.
∎ Manage brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and others when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ "Business Software Solutions" like ERP, CRM, HRM, SCM, Stock & Inventory, Sales & Purchase related knowledge is MUST.
∎ Quick learner and should have Advance knowledge in MS office, especially MPP, MW, Excel is a MUST.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ideal candidates must be smart- dedicated, hard working, honest and sincere and committed to the company.
∎ Must have a goal, target and result oriented, only talking is not acceptable.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Previous Company`s Salary Certificate is MUST
