B.Pharm/Bachelor or Masters Degree (Science);
Proven experience on Marketing of Medical Device Portfolio is required;
Strong interpersonal skill to deal with internal & external stakeholders.
Develop and execute marketing plans, strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve sales targets;
Analyze the competitive market to identify new business opportunities;
Design and coordinate the timely availability of promotional materials;
Oversee product distribution and monitor the allocation of promotional resources;
Conduct continuous training to improve the skills and performance of the sales force;
Prepare monthly action plans based on product performance, competitor activities and annual marketing objectives;
Visit doctors, diagnostic centers and customers to monitor field activities, build relationships, gather feedback and uphold the company’s image;
Track competitor activities, prescriptions and sales performance; take corrective measures when needed;
Organize monthly regional conferences and develop training materials/manuals.
