∎ We are looking for Dynamic individuals having the following Qualities:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deploy, configure, and manage Azure virtual machines, virtual networks, and other infrastructure components.
∎ Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Azure resources.
∎ Implement security best practices and compliance policies for Azure resources.
∎ Provision and scale Azure resources based on business requirements.
∎ Optimize resource allocation and usage to minimize costs while maximizing performance.
∎ Implement and maintain security controls, identity and access management, and data encryption in Azure.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
∎ Set up and manage Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery services.
∎ Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure data resilience.
∎ Create and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other scripting languages) for managing Azure resources.
∎ Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
∎ Monitor Azure services and resources using tools like Azure Monitor and Azure Security Center.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure and applications.
∎ Collaborate with development, DevOps, and other teams to support cloud-based applications.
∎ Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of experience in Azure Administration
∎ Azure Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, Azure Active Directory, Azure Security, and Azure Management Tools.
∎ Security and Compliance: Strong understanding of Azure security principles, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and the ability to implement security controls effectively.
∎ Automation Skills: Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform.
∎ Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Ability to monitor Azure resources effectively and troubleshoot issues using Azure monitoring and diagnostic tools, synthetic monitoring for applications.
∎ Backup and Disaster Recovery: Experience with Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
∎ Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Certifications: Azure certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus.
∎ Nice To Have Requirements:
∎ Containerization: Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
∎ Networking: Knowledge of advanced networking concepts, such as Azure ExpressRoute and Azure Firewall, VNET, VPN, etc.
∎ Cost Optimization: Experience in optimizing Azure costs through resource right-sizing and budget management.
∎ Multi-Cloud Experience: Familiarity with other cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is beneficial.
∎ DevOps Tools: Understanding of DevOps practices and tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
