Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit,Lumion and other design software
Strong understanding of sustainable design practices is a plus
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the design of Interior/Exterior projects from concept through completion, ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence.
Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for projects involving curtain walls, ACP, glass, louvers, ceiling, wall paneling and more.
Collaborate closely with structural engineers, project managers, and design teams to align on technical requirements and project objectives.
Conduct site visits to oversee project progress, provide guidance, and ensure design quality and compliance.
Participate in client meetings to discuss project requirements, present design concepts, and gather feedback for refinement.
Stay up-to-date on the latest architectural trends, materials, and best practices in the design.
Mentor and support junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Prepare and review BOQ.
Stay up-to-date on the latest architectural trends, materials, and best practices in the design.
Animation for clients.
