∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Master’s Degree from any relevant field (Preference will be given to the candidate having MBA).

∎ Minimum 2/3 years of experience in University admissions or a related field.
∎ Strong communication, counseling, interpersonal and networking skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in using ERP software and Microsoft Office.
∎ Knowledge of higher education trends and international admission standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and follow the end-to-end admission process.
∎ Counsel prospective students and parents regarding admission procedures, eligibility, and program options.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to organize admission campaigns and events.,
∎ Maintain a database of applicants and provide regular status updates to authority.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students.
∎ Develop relationships with colleges, counselors, corporate organizations, and alumni to enhance student recruitment efforts.
