∎ BBA/ M.Com/ MBA (Accounts & Finance) in any reputed University
∎ ACCA/ CMA
∎ Partially completed professionals from ICAB/ ICMAB may also apply
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounting knowledge with ERP software like Tally Prime.
∎ Maintain all kind petty cash expenses and properly recording systems.
∎ Maintain up to date accurate accounting for efficient Cost Control.
∎ Monitor the collection of due payments.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in computerized accounting, financial planning, cost, budget, audit, banking, Tax & VAT, insurance and other related activities.
∎ Maintain corporate relationship with banks and financial institutes.
∎ Proper knowledge of banking operation and bank reconciliation.
∎ Prepare and verify bills/ vouchers for vendors and other expenses.
∎ Prepare the cash and bank book.
∎ Checking various cash disbursement through approval process.
∎ Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly report and submit to the management.
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly Financial Statements.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the management.
∎ Must have knowledge about VAT, Taxes and Customs.
∎ Verification and control of inventory movement and consumption.
∎ Prepare monthly salary statement.
∎ Maintain corporate client with bill prepare and collection.
∎ Prepare discount and refund statement monthly basis.
∎ Maintain and checking general and reagent store materials.
∎ To Record & Ensure on a daily basis accurate balancing of transactions in Books of Accounts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Adequate knowledge of MS office package specially in MS Excel.
∎ Must have good communication skill in English.
∎ Flexible of taking any kind of responsibility.
∎ Strong Knowledge in Accounting & Finances.
∎ Candidates having significant experience in Manufacture industry will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
