∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate must have knowledge of All accounting work, balance sheet finalization, Income tax and Vat
∎ Complies with local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
∎ Examine and evaluate financial information and plan, organize and conduct internal audits as guided by the management and superior.
∎ Calculation of tax & Vat, online payment & return filing
∎ Prepares all the reports generated by the Accounting System on a daily basis.
∎ Prepares documents for bank correspondence.
∎ Prepares bank reconciliations on a daily basis.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, banks, trade bodies, VAT department etc.
∎ Familiar with web & desktop-based software applications.
∎ Preparation of Financial Statements in a dual currency system i.e. both in BDT & USD.
∎ Able to develop plans for both new and existing accounting policies for various concerns.
∎ Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments.
∎ Handling all banking related works
∎ Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.
∎ Handling petty cash.
∎ Prepare cheque requisition & monthly expenditure report.
∎ Reconciliation of individual bank account.
∎ Must be expertise in Excel.
∎ Take care of the Accounting and Financial aspect of the company.
∎ Responsibilities: TDS, VAT, ITR, GST Return, P&L, Taxation, Balance Sheet, Tally, RTGS/NEFT etc and having good command on excel.
∎ Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
∎ Financial Accounting
∎ Indirect and Direct tax compliances on monthly basis
∎ Client Interaction
∎ Communicating financial information clearly and effectively with clients
∎ The preparation of Income Tax returns
∎ Performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions
∎ Control over day-to-day accounts
∎ Book-keeping of companies
∎ Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting, tax reporting etc
∎ Desired Candidate Profile
∎ Bank related work Required skill set:
∎ Candidate having good knowledge of Accounting & bank reconciliation.
∎ Employees in this job correct, process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting.
∎ Perform audits on different kinds of payments & review daily, periodic, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
∎ To ensure a proper documentation system and preserve appropriate audit evidence for future reference.
∎ Software Skills: Good Command on Excel.
