∎ Master’s in Accounting or Finance.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ 2-3 years’ experience required and good knowledge at import related accounts.
∎ High computer literacy with full knowledge of office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of company’s profit & loss Balance sheet and accounting books and entry into accounting software.
∎ Prepare Cheque, Bank statement, cheque client bill, Client Bill maintain, Daily cash voucher, Balance adjustment.
∎ Prepare (T.T) and lc for making payments.
∎ Contact all official work-related bank for official work purpose.
∎ Maintain file of all overseas & local client with proper documentation.
∎ Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, forms & record fixed asset acquisitions in the accounting system.
∎ Follow up & verify daily office expenses.
∎ Prepare salary sheet of all staff & employee.
∎ Monthly analysis import & export statement.
∎ Updating the management about daily activities.
∎ Prepared monthly ledger for reporting management purpose.
∎ Keeping up team work. Attaining any other assigned work.
