Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC
∎ Skills Required: Hard and Smart Worker, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Organized and Disciplined, Security related activities., Security Training Instructor

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Protect guests and employees from harm and prevent theft and/or destruction of hotel property.
∎ Observes to all people whose are entering and exit.
∎ Ensure that policies, procedures, rules and regulations are enforced.
∎ Ensure and maintain key control.
∎ Report/address all unsafe conditions immediately.
∎ Need to know Using process of all security equipment, CC Camera, Fire Panel System, Luggage Scanner and Fire Equipment.
∎ Maintain vehicle register and condition every in and out time as per company rule.
∎ Knowledge on regular fire test.
∎ Outside visitor information deliver on due time to related dept. and if h/s gets permission for entering then give him or her visitor pass and take the pass to confirm his/her leave.
∎ To maintain the Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties, individual instructions for each post; attendance; use of security equipment; dress standard; training etc.
∎ Any other job assigned by the higher management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Service
∎ Minimum 05-08 years working experience in Security Department and minimum 3 years in similar position
∎ Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
∎ Sound working knowledge of security best practice and legislation affecting the Security role.
∎ Strong management and leadership skills together with excellent communication, Influencing, negotiating and engagement skills.
