Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC ( Army/Navy/Air force retired person (Sergeant to JCO) will be given preference).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Pharmaceuticals, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To secure the company's assets and property with full concentration.
∎ To save the company from any miscreants with dedication.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance of security gears like CCTV, Archway, Metal Detector, Walky-talky etc.
∎ In any emergency situation & undertake other task as he may be directed to perform by the superior employee.
∎ Look after overall Factory Security & Safety.
∎ Assist to Security In charge to prepare the Duty roster as per requirement.
∎ Maintain records of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles as per requirement of the company.
∎ Manage & organized vehicle parking and signal in & out of vehicle in orderly manner.
∎ Patrol, Monitor, report & identify threats & unlawful activities.
∎ Maintaining proper locking system.
∎ Ensure Man, Machine & Materiel safety for whole factory premises.
∎ Control & Communicate with proper channel during any incident.
∎ Able to follow any instruction/order by the Management.
∎ Responsible for organizing the security department.
∎ To take adequate precautionary measures to ensure safety & security of the Men & Materials of the company.
∎ To keep the higher authority to inform of the overall.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to stay at factory.
∎ Should have sound supervisory skills.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company policy

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
