∎ Must have ability for the strong observational skills.
∎ Candidate must have problem solving ability.
∎ Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
∎ Ability to handle and resolve security conflicts effectively
∎ Proficiency in using security technology and surveillance systems
∎ Documentation filing and Entry/exit record and inventory management
∎ The ability to work under pressure
∎ Knowledge for the Safety related procedures, rules and standards

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Security Guard and their activities, securing the properties and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
∎ Lead and supervise a team of Project site including the labor / worker.
∎ Strictly maintain access control and supervision of outsiders' access.
∎ Ensure appropriate deployment to ensure utmost safety and security.
∎ Security Supervisor may find themselves dealing with complex situations that require problem-solving ability.
∎ Conduct regular and random inspections or patrols to ensure security alertness.
∎ Conduct grooming sessions, training programs and other sessions for the Security Guards
∎ Maintain different registers related to security guest, inventory etc. and prepare reports accordingly.
∎ Based on the security Checklist to ensure full compliance the safety protocols for electrical, fire, and structural issues.
∎ Plan and execute protocols for potential threats and crises to ensure quick response and risk mitigation.
∎ Monitor access control process to restrict trespassing.
∎ Ensure necessary protocol for all in due diligence.
∎ Assist develop security policies and procedures and implement them accurately.
∎ Working Hours: 8:30～18:30 (Friday Holiday only)
∎ Joining Date: 1st July, 2025
