• Experienced in a security-related role (Defense personnel are preferable.)

• Lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and security protocols.

• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms promptly and effectively, coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed.

• Conduct investigations into security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.

• Provide security training to new staff, ensuring all security personnel are well-versed in safety procedures and policies.

• Manage access control systems, ensure proper credentialing, and maintain accurate records of visitors and staff.

• Conduct routine security patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for upper management.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall safety of the workplace.

• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
