Retired Warrant Officer or 7 -10 Years experience as Security Officer in Hospital/ Hotel/ Resort

• Safety and security: Security Officer’s primary responsibilities typically include ensuring the safety and security of patient, visitors and staff within the hospital premises.

• Patrolling: Regularly patrol the hospital premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity, ensuring a visible security presence.         

• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, coordinating with relevant authorities and assisting in evacuations if necessary.        

• Security Systems: Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security systems to identify potential security threats and take appropriate actions as needed.        

• Training and Education: Conduct security training sessions for hospital staff on topics such as emergency response procedures, crisis management, and recognizing suspicious behavior.        

• Reporting and Documentation: Document security incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports, maintaining accurate records for reference and analysis.        

• Ensuring Guards Duty: Ensuring presence of security guards at every shift, briefing on duties and responsibilities, ensuring that guards are properly deployed where needed.        

• Prepare Bill for Third Party Security: Prepare and ensure the monthly bill for third party security provider.        

• Access Control: To control the entry of all types of goods, supplies and equipment inside the hospital.        

• Protocol: Provide proper security protocol for VIP patients/visitors/guests.        

• Mob Control: Take proper measures and maintain strict security protocol during unwanted situations like mob hysteria.        

• Movement Restriction: Prevent unauthorized goods or personnel from entering the hospital.       

• Traffic Control: Controlling all types of vehicles entering and exiting the hospital lobby and parking areas.        

• Visitor Control: Ensure that no unauthorized (without attendant pass) attendants are allowed to visit the patients.

• Ensure that the Visitors/Representatives/Guests/ Vendors/Bankers etc. are sent to the concerned departments/individuals by issuing Visitor’s Pass.

• Security Attendance: Preparation of daily security attendance log sheet of all security personnel.        

• Unauthorized Entry: Restrict the movement of all unauthorized personnel, vendors, pharmaceutical representatives inside the hospital.      

• MLC Procedure: Handle all MLC procedure.        

• Liaison with Local Law Enforcement: Maintain healthy relationship and good rapport with the local law enforcement agencies.
