∎ HSC/ Bachelor
∎ Must have work experience in similar position in a large organization.
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed for highly defense experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee and implement overall management of Security personnel of the Company
∎ To train the new Security Guard and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Company.
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly.
∎ Liaising with the emergency service, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection of properties/assets
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employee and visitors.
∎ Responding to emergency situation if any.
∎ Preventing and detecting offenses in sites.
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter into Company area.
∎ Accurately updating administrative records and sheets/
∎ To ensure the morale of the Security Personnel.
∎ Accurately reporting all incidence to the line management
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Persons from Defense Service (Army/ Navy/ Air force) and 5/6 years practical working experience in renowned factory level is required.
