∎ SSC/HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Safety and Security Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the security section of the Factory Premises.
∎ Should be capable to handle a large number of security forces of the factory.
∎ To manage and provide effective leadership to the security team and ensure that resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work and those priorities are always covered adequately.
∎ All physical security to all the section of the factory
∎ Develop and maintain Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties.
∎ Observe each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, training etc.
∎ Overseeing the duty of the guards at the security post and providing basic training.
∎ Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and Departments responsibility in an emergency
∎ Any other job as and when required by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experienced in Manufacturing (FMCG) Industry.
∎ Retired from Army/ Navy/ Air force incumbent shall have an added advantage.
∎ Quick learner
∎ Practical experience about safety & security of man & materials
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Candidate should have the Management Proficiency, Surveillance Skills, Analyzing Information, Coordination, Reporting Skills, Dealing with Complexity.
∎ Fire Safety Manager Certification will be added extra advantage.
