Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
∎ Skills Required: Sound knowledge about Security Management and Transport Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security, Transport Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ SECURITY MANAGEMENT:
∎ To monitor & supervise overall management of Security personnel of the Company
∎ To train the new Security Guard and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Company.
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly.
∎ To make liaison with the emergency service, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection of properties/assets of the Company
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employee and visitors.
∎ Responding to emergency situation if any.
∎ Preventing and detecting offenses in sites.
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter into Company area.
∎ Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
∎ To ensure the morale of the Security Personnel.
∎ Accurately reporting all incidence to the line management
∎ TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT:
∎ Responsibilities of overall transport management
∎ To receive & take both local and foreign guest from main gate to the concern officials
∎ Monitoring daily fuel distribution and CNG using status
∎ Properly checking all delivery vehicles before departure
∎ Keep updates of daily delivery vehicles and transport pool cars properly
∎ Monitoring Motor Mechanic's activities and ensure proper maintenance of Company's all vehicles
∎ To prepare requisitions of spare parts of vehicles for proper maintenance
∎ To make arrangement of payment of transport related bills
∎ Properly checking deliverable & receivable Goods with challan at main gate
∎ Maintain and keep update different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register etc)
∎ To monitor and keep update of vehicle related all legal documents
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired defense officer/ 2nd Lieutenant/ Captain/ Major is preferable

Salary: Negotiable
