Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the discipline and order of all security staff under their jurisdiction.
∎ Coordinate and act as the team leader.
∎ Controlling, supervising and leading security team effectively;
∎ Constantly monitoring fitness of security guards to make sure they are both physically and mentally fit for their job.
∎ Ensure that all security staff meet the standards of hygiene, discipline and order that are set by the company.
∎ Providing training on workplace and fire safety to all security guards and other staffs. Ensuring that all sites under the company are equipped to deal with any unfortunate incidents that occur.
∎ Tightening up of security measures as per direction of the management.
∎ Reporting and taking legal action as per advice of management if any incidents require such action.
∎ • Conduct physical education training (PT) for all security staff on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure the security of both people and physical buildings at all sites under the company.
∎ Make regular inspections of all sites under the company to ensure all security measures are being met.
∎ • Have capability to use CCTV systems to ensure that security staff are working properly.
∎ Maintain liaison with local law-enforcing agencies and local administrative officials
∎ Prevent theft/pilferage in factories or other areas where goods are stored.
∎ Monitor and restrict the entrance of unauthorized person including forcible occupation of land/property of factories and other sites.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only candidates who have served in the Armed Forces of Bangladesh will be considered for this post.
∎ Candidates who have completed foreign peacekeeping missions will be preferred.
∎ Candidates who have worked for private security in addition to their military service will also be given preference.
