Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security threats.
∎ Oversee daily security operations, including patrols and monitoring of school campus.
∎ Investigate and report security incidents, thefts, and other emergencies.
∎ Conduct regular security briefings and training sessions for security personnel.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrol logs, and personnel activities.
∎ Security In charge is reporting to the Admin Department. During the period of duty, he will be under the direct control of the Admin Department.
∎ Security In Charge is to remain awake and alert at all times during his duty.
∎ Develop and execute a holistic security strategy that aligns with the company's goals, ensuring the protection of physical assets, information and personnel.
∎ Lead and manage the security team, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring a high standard of professionalism and discipline.
∎ Must have the mentality to reside in the workstation.
