• Any Professional Certification or training will be added as an advantage.

• Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security threats.

• Oversee daily security operations, including patrols and monitoring of school campus.

• Investigate and report security incidents, thefts, and other emergencies.

• Conduct regular security briefings and training sessions for security personnel.

• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrol logs, and personnel activities.

• Security In charge is reporting to the Admin Department. During the period of duty, he will be under the direct control of the Admin Department.

• Security In Charge is to remain awake and alert at all times during his duty.

• Develop and execute a holistic security strategy that aligns with the company`s goals, ensuring the protection of physical assets, information and personnel.

• Lead and manage the security team, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring a high standard of professionalism and discipline.

• Must have the mentality to reside in the workstation.
