∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security Supervisor, Security Officer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good commanding and control capability over the security department.
∎ Oversee and Management of all Security Guard of the Company.
∎ Ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly and delicately.
∎ Manage protection of Entire Factory Premise against unauthorized and illegal intrusion and safeguard the properties and assets contained therein.
∎ identify pilferage, security lapses, administrative issues and any other irregularities in the premises and report and coordinate actions.
∎ Conduct regular patrol of interior and exterior of the building and properties and assets of the companies to establish and maintain full security control.
∎ Maintain good relations with local law enforcing agencies.
∎ Ensure records of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles and other records as per requirement of the company. Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
∎ Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
∎ To enhance the morale of the Security Personnel.
∎ Perform other related duties and tasks to be assigned by the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Police Officer / Army Officer is preferable.
∎ Able to implement and maintain Security and other relevant policy.
∎ Age limit and Education may be relaxed for extraordinary candidates as per the discretion of the Management.
∎ Minimum 5 years job experience as Security In charge in a reputed Security Service company, Corporate Business House or with Security Contractor/Agency.
