Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• Minimum H.S.C/ Bachelor degree (BA/BSS/B.Com/B.Sc) in any discipline with military or defense background is mandatory.

• The applicants should have experience in the Security Incharge/ Security Officer

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): RMG Sectors (Woven, Knit, Sweater, Dyeing & Washing ) factory working experiences

• Retired Army/Navy/Air force/BGB are must.

• Emailing, Security related activities, Security Training Instructor, Strong Problem Solving skills and handling any theft issues for asset safety. .

• Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism.

• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English

• Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.

• Possess the high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.

• Sufficient typing spread in English and Bangla ( MS Word & Excel)

• Mailing communication skill

• Must have teamwork and cooperation mentality.

• Minimum 3 years` experience in a similar position

• The candidates should have adequate experience to effectively deal with Security & Fire safety related issues.

Job Context

Azim Group is looking for result oriented potential candidates for the position of Security Officer / Security In-Charge at its factory, 89, Berulia Road, Tati, Savar, Dhaka-1340.

Job Responsibilities

• The selected candidates will be responsible to develop effective security system and ensure safety & security of the man, materials and machines of the whole factory premises
• Develop and updating the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
• Should monitoring, controlling & managing all import & export related activities by keeping proper & valid documents.
• Closely monitoring, controlling & managing the employee's movements during entry & Exit along with effective visitor movement management.
• Directly supervise control & monitoring security staffs.
• Make regular duty roaster for security guards and staffs and confirm their daily duties.
• Maintain effective security management system by following & keeping proper documents with policy & procedure according to compliance requirements.
• Should have sound knowledge about security related activities, C-TPAT, 7-Point, 5-Point, WRAP and SCS/GSV audit, Training Instructor for security related training , Garments related external audit facing experienced.
• Coordinate fire Evacuation Drills and other training to enhance knowledge and awareness.
• Coordinate training on Fire, Safety and Security to all workers & employees regularly.
• Maintain all security related compliance records and register on regular basis.
• Perform others duties as when assigned by the management.
