Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a young, energetic retired defense professional (Army, Navy or Air Force) with proven experience in security operations and fire hydrant system operation and maintenance.
Oversee daily security operations of the entire depot, including entry/exit points and perimeter security; promptly identify and report any suspicious activity or unauthorized movement.
Ensure compliance with ISPS Code and CT-PAT requirements in all security operations.
Prepare duty rosters for security personnel, including outsourced guards.
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of fire hydrants and others firefighting equipment.
Conduct training programs for security staff and promote security awareness across the company.
Oversee proper deployment of security personnel across all shifts.
Monitor performance of security personnel to ensure diligence and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks and entry/exit registers.
Investigate and report security breaches, thefts, or suspicious incidents without delay.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and intelligence agencies as required.
Prepare and submit regular security reports, records, and documentation to management.
Support internal and external security audits and compliance checks.
Perform additional security-related tasks as assigned by management.
Uphold honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all duties.
