Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the overall security of all factory properties, assets, and staff.·
∎ To train the new Security Guards and develop security awareness among all security staff.·
∎ To supervise preparing duty rosters of security guards.·
∎ To ensure security guards are performing duties sincerely.·
∎ Creating a safe & secure working environment for employees.·
∎ Responding to emergencies promptly when arise.·
∎ Accurately reporting all the incidents to the Management.·
∎ Maintain & update different types of registers (Guards Duty Roster, Vehicle In/Out Register, Visitor Register, Key Registrar, etc.)·
∎ Recording daily observations, information, incidents, & surveilling activities.·
∎ To produce different necessary records, reports & documents to the Management from time to time.·
∎ Should be able to carry out all types of related tasks assigned by Management.
