Job Context:
∎ Azim Group is looking for result oriented potential candidates for the position of Security Guards both of male and female for factory, 89, Berulia Road, Tati, Savar, Dhaka-1340
∎ Security Guards (Male -30, Lady Security -06)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ready for 3 shifts existing security duty (Morning, Evening & Night) sift system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory if necessary.
∎ Should monitoring, controlling & managing all import & export related activities by keeping proper & valid documents including gate pass, challan.
∎ Closely monitoring, controlling & managing the employee's movements during entry & Exit along with effective visitor movement management.
∎ Directly follow the security supervisor and in-charge instructions.
∎ Directly supervise control & monitoring visitor movement, vehicle movement, controlling unauthorized entry, shipment cargo, vehicle parking, assembly points, CCTV and Fire alarm system.
∎ Proper and quickly communication skilled and understanding knowledge to the concerned personnel when emergency, unannounced buyer audit, crisis moments etc.
∎ Follow regular duty roaster
∎ Should have sound knowledge about security related activities, C-TPAT, 7-Point, 5-Point, WRAP and SCS/GSV audit, Training Instructor for security related training , Garments related external audit facing experienced.
∎ Coordinate fire Evacuation Drills and other training to enhance knowledge and awareness.
∎ Coordinate training on Fire, Safety and Security to all workers & employees regularly.
∎ Maintain all security related compliance records and register on regular basis.
∎ Perform others duties as when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Retired Army/Navy/Air force/BGB/Police personnel will be prepared.
∎ Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Must have teamwork and cooperation mentality.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): RMG Sectors (Woven, Knit, Sweater, Dyeing & Washing ) factory working experiences
∎ Male and female are allowed to apply.
∎ Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar position
∎ The candidates should have adequate experience to effectively deal with Security & Fire safety related issues.
∎ Should be sincere, hardworking and able to work in a team environment.
