Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the safety and security of apartment residents, visitors, and property.
Monitor and control entry and exit of residents, guests, delivery personnel, and service staff.
Maintain a visitors’ register and verify identification when required.
Conduct regular patrols of the apartment premises, including common areas and parking zones.
Monitor CCTV cameras, Security alarms, Lift, Generator and other surveillance systems.
Stay alert during night shifts and report any suspicious or unusual activity immediately.
Respond promptly to emergencies such as security threats, fire, medical incidents, or disturbances.
Enforce apartment rules and security procedures in a polite and professional manner.
Coordinate with apartment management and local authorities when necessary.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper handover between day and night shifts.
