• Retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) from Armed Forces

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in security management within corporate or industrial environments

• Proven experience in leading in-house security teams and managing outsourced security vendors

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla

• Physically fit and capable of conducting field-level supervision when required

• Willingness to travel across different company locations as needed

Job Description

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Plan and coordinate security operations for events and daily activities
• Ensure effective deployment of guards based on risk assessments
• Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel and vendors
• Evaluate performance of guards and third-party security providers
• Investigate and report security breaches, threat and incidents
• Lead emergency response and crisis management initiatives
• Oversee installation, operations and maintenance of CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory security standards
• Liaise with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services
• Prepare and manage the security budget
• Monitor expenditures and ensure optimal utilization of resource
