Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Cambridge curriculum at the reputed English medium school.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Familiarity with IGCSE/O Level exam requirements and assessment techniques.
Passionate about teaching and capable of engaging students with different learning styles.
Additional Preferences:
Cambridge Certification (e.g., CAIE Teacher Training, PGCE, CELTA) will be an advantage.
Experience in using technology and digital tools in the classroom.
Responsibilities & Context:
Grade : Grade 8 to 10
Report to : Vice-Principal & Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Biology to students of Grade 8 to 10 following the Cambridge IGCSE/O Level curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in alignment with Cambridge standards.
Prepare students effectively for their IGCSE/O Level exams.
Promote student-centered and activity-based learning.
Maintain records of student progress and performance.
Participate in departmental planning, meetings, and professional development activities.
Collaborate with other subject teachers to support interdisciplinary learning.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
