Basic knowledge of medicines, brands, and dosages.
Ability to read and understand doctors’ prescriptions.
Computer knowledge (POS/software) will be an advantage.
Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Dispense medicines accurately as per prescription.
Assist customers with over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and basic guidance.
Maintain proper stock levels and ensure correct storage of medicines.
Check expiry dates and remove expired/near-expiry products.
Prepare daily sales records and maintain billing (manual or software-based).
Ensure compliance with pharmacy rules and hospital/authority policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
Coordinate with pharmacists and store management as required.
