1. Salesperson (Electrical or Mechanical Diploma) — 4 Vacancies

Location: Dhaka (territorial coverage nationwide)
Educational Background: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Your Role:

• Drive sales of construction and infrastructure equipment (e.g., SCHWING-Stetter, Doosan, Marini, Kirloskar).

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; build and maintain Customer relationships.

• Provide technical demos and presentations to customers.

• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure equipment delivery, maintenance, and after-sales support.

• Meet targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma holder (Mech or Elec) with sales or client-facing experience in construction/infrastructure equipment.

• Previous experience will be a plus, but freshers are also welcome

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Technically proficient with commercial awareness.

• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
  

2. Service Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Diploma) — 1 Vacancy

Location: Dhaka, with nationwide coverage
Educational Background: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Your Role:

• Diagnose and maintain heavy construction equipment efficiently and safely.

• Handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site.

• Prepare service reports, perform pre-delivery inspections, and document breakdowns thoroughly.

• Coordinate parts orders and service scheduling.

• Ensure high standards of client satisfaction through quick and reliable service.

Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma in Mech or Elec Engineering with 5–8 years of service experience in construction equipment.

• Skilled at problem-solving, documentation, and customer communication.

• Familiar with field-based service operations.

3. Technician (Electrical or Mechanical Diploma) — 2 Vacancies

Location: Dhaka (occasional on-site/field work)
Your Role:

• Assist with routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and inspections of equipment.

• Support Service Engineers with diagnostics, repairs, and assembly/disassembly tasks.

• Maintain toolkits, inventory, and service records accurately.

• Uphold safety and quality standards on service sites.

Ideal Candidate:.

• Reliable, organized, and safety-conscious.

• Strong teamwork and adaptability in dynamic work environments.

• 5 to 8 years of experience are preffered
