Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering Biomedical/Mechanical/Electronics).

Minimum 3-5 years of sales & field service experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical devices.Strong understanding of the hospital procurement process and government tenders.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as required.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales & Service Associate to join our team in Bangladesh. This individual contributor role is responsible for driving sales of Washer Disinfection (WD) and Terminal Sterilization (TS) product lines—including capital equipment and consumables—across both private and government hospitals in Bangladesh. Also responsible for managing the customer support system in the installation, service and repair of all TS & WD capital equipments. The successful candidate will build long-term customer relationships, ensure market penetration, and contribute to ASP's continued leadership in infection prevention.

Under limited supervision and in compliance with all applicable regulations and Company guidelines, the FSE will:

• Install, operate, repair, and modify equipment within the assigned territory.

• Manage schedules and technical activities to support all Company-serviced products.

• Respond promptly to emergency service requests; identify issues, troubleshoot, and take corrective action.

• Provide technical guidance to customers, including doctors, nurses, and biomedical engineers, and resolve customer satisfaction concerns.

• Work closely with the commercial team on all technical matters related to Company products.

• Implement preventive maintenance programs and maintain equipment performance records.

• Proactively manage customer expectations before and after service interactions.

• Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to management.
