Job Responsibilities: Regular Communication with clients, matching tutors to client needs, addressing and resolving issues/complaints, and payment collection.

Job Location: This is a remote job you can do from home.

Job Schedule: This is a full-time role with an average of 4/5-hour daily commitment, spanning all seven days of the week. Sales representatives are expected to engage in outbound and inbound calls during two designated time frames: 9 am-1pm and 3pm-9pm. Attendance is mandatory for inbound lead calls, with the exception of the period between (10pm and 8am). On certain days, sales representatives may work as few as 5 hours or as many as 10 hours, but the overall average will not surpass 4 hours per day or exceed 28-35 hours per week. Sales representatives can’t take any days off during the week.

Job Duration: This is a 6-month job commitment, requiring sales representatives to allocate a minimum of 6 months to this role.
